New services provided by The Registry Agency PDF Print E-mail

The Registry Agency is pleased to inform that it provides two new services:


1. Notification by SMS concerning services provided by the registry offices (Property Register), accessed at the address: http://sms-imot.registryagency.bg

This information service presents opportunity to provide brief notification messages (SMS) following registration, notes or annulment in the registers, denials and the argumentation ruled by the District Court, issuing of certified copy and denial to issue certified copy and correction of record in the information system to natural person/legal entity having Unique Information code/foreign natural person having Personal Number of Foreigner.

At registration, notes or annulment

  • Registration number;
  • Registration date in the Entry Register of the respective Registry office
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/party to the act
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – immediately

At correction of record in the information system

  • Registration number;
  • Registration date in the Entry Register of the respective Registry office
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/correction made
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – latest 30 minutes after the correction

At registration of denial

  • Denial number;
  • Date of registration of denial
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/denial ruled
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – latest – 30 minutes after ruling demial

At movement related to denial

  • Number of denial where movement occurred;
  • Date of registration of denial;
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/party concerned by the denial where movement occurred;
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – latest – 30 minutes since occurrence of movement

At issuing of certified copy

  • Registration number of application – ground to issue certified copy;
  • Registration date of application to issue certified copy;
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/party mentioned in the act for which certified copy is issued
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – latest – 30 minutes after application

At denial to issue certified copy

  • Registration number of application for which denial to issue certified copy has been ruled;
  • Registration date of application to issue certified copy;
  • The name/civil PIN (EGN)/UIC/PNF of the party subscribed/party mentioned in the act for which certified copy is issued
  • Region of the Registry Office

Time limit for sending the SMS – latest – 30 minutes after application

2. Notification by SMS of effective registration of trader in the Commercial register, accessed at the address: http://sms.brra.bg

Note: The services are accessible only by subscribers of Bulgarian mobile operators. The activation of the service may be made only on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Once activated the service is accessible out of the territory of the country, provided that the client has active roaming. Additional information may be found in the General terms of use of both services.
